Crush the app aftef open and using AOT

Hello community,
I tried to expand functionality for company and I have to add a new features to Dynamics. Unfortunately when I opening the AOT and try to find something there I'm getting a crush of application. I tried it a few times and got the same result. I used Dynamics AX2009. Please somebody help me solve this issue and avoid a crushes in the app. Probably I did something wrong.
