Who do I contact for a disabled user account? -KJ

    Hi partner,

    1.If you are the administrator of your D365 instance or Office365, you could go to Office admin center and edit the License of the user.

    2. If you are not administrator, just find the instance's administrator and ask him for help.

    Hi,

    User's get disabled if they are not assigned any license. You need to contact the person who manages your Dynamic 365 license/ Office 365
