
We have enabled emails to show in the customer portal timeline, however we are finding that the body is showing HTML tag- see attached.
This is a show stopper and renders the portal unusable since the majority of support communications are done via email. Has anyone come across this or have a workaround please?

Ok, from looking at his post: community.dynamics.com/.../253197 it would appear to be a bug.
This is extremely disappointing and to be frank typical of Microsoft - does no one there test anything!
