Hi People,

Is it possible somehow that sales literature from D365 can be sent through social engagement tool ?

Hi Dev_Pfoot. MSE allows you to post message and replies on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. So you can always send someone a link to your documentation through those channels. However, I'm not 100% this is the answer to your question.

Who are you trying to send this sales literature to? Or are you yourself trying to access sales literature?

Hi,

No you can't send the Sales Literature which is available in Dynamics 365 from MSE

Thanks Dani. I was not in touch with community for a while. But Thanks anyway. yes we cant do much through MSE. the touch point between MSE and D365 is just social activity entity. so pulling from crm and using in MSE is not possible.

yes this provides my answer only partially. we cant use the data of sales literature to send through MSE directly to social network user. i was trying to use it as a marketing tool but currently we cant do much with it.
