Does anyone know the expected behavior of the If Registered path in a customer journey - particularly as it pertains to DELETED (not cancelled) event registrations?
We are doing some testing/training and had people registered for an event. The registrations were then completely deleted to test the If Registered functionality in a customer journey. We were expecting the contacts who had their event registrations cancelled to move down the If Registered - NO path, but they moved down the YES path even though there was no registration associated with their contact record. As a note, the registrations were deleted before a customer journey was even created.
Thank you. I deleted the event registration directly (did not delete the event), but the same still seems to hold true. I looked at the individual's timeline and saw that the interaction was still there. Appreciate your feedback.

Delete an event will not cancel a registration in the marketig application.
It still maintains an interaction with the contact which register the event.
Maybe a better handling of event registration cancellation will be introduced in an upcoming release.
