Unable to Connect to the Dynamics 365 online from social engagement instance.

Hello Experts,

I am facing one issue regarding connection between social engagement trial instance and dynamics 365

while connecting to Dynamics Instance from Social engagement it is giving the following error.

We can't connect to your Dynamics 365 instance because it isn't enabled for OAuth 2.0. Contact your system administrator.

can any one help on this to resolve this issue.

Hi-

To connect Dynamics 365 (online) and Social Engagement, both services must be part of the same organization’s Office 365 subscription. You can raise a support ticket through Office 365 admin portal. Microsoft's support team will assist you on this.

Is the CRM instance Online or Onprem?

If it is the latter, has the onprem instance been configured, according to documentation: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699726.aspx ?
