Hi All,

I have excel file containing case records when am trying to import these records in field mapping not getting the field customerid in data management import data .

How can we pass the customerid field value to these all records so that import file will get successfull.

Any idea on this ?

Hi Jharana,

You can’t find customerid column in the excel that download from data management import data?

Following are the fields that are included when you click on the "download template for import" .

1. All the fields that are part of published forms.

2. All the required fields of an Entity.
