I would like to purchase the Dynamics 365 guides apps and author a MR training to be deployed in the hololens2 (which I have the hololens2 on hand already). May I know whether the subscription of D365 guides apps can only be logged in or used by a single registered user account? I know that D365 guides apps is mainly for authoring the MR training scenarios. After deploying/uploading the scenarios to the hololens2, is it possible for different users(i mean those user not registered for the purchase of the D365 guides) to use the hololens 2 for the MR training scenarios?

I think you need to assign a subscription to users who use Guides.

The standard license for Guides is per user.

If you have additional licensing needs for device based licensing please discuss with your Microsoft sales rep or account team and they can work with you to meet licensing needs.
