    Hello Yousuf,

Can you post a screen-print of the item transactions for the item that causes you the trouble?

Another thing that you could try is checking LCS as a number of fixes have been released for the issue you mentioned. Yet, it depends on your system version whether they might fix the issue or not. So I would suggest that you check LCS first.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Thanks for your response Ludwig Reinhard.

Here is screen shot of Transactions of on-hand

    OnHandError.jpg

An statement which I am going to post has already reserve the inventory and because of return transaction it is in ordered status.

One more thing which I want to mention here that this is raising on a particular sales order and when I delete the lines of this sales order and re-enter so issue will resolve as I have tested it by deleting one line but this is not the permanent solution because if I have 100s of sales order so what can I do.

Also can you help me to find its hotfix through mentioning some links, it will be very helpful for me.

    Thanks,

    Hello Yousuf,

If you have tried everything else and if you are sure that sufficient items are on stock then I suppose that this message might be related to a bug. I have checked on LCS for your error message and found some Hotfixes that might fit. I am though not sure as there is no Information on your system version etc. available. I would thus suggest that you login to LCS (lcs.dynamics.com/) and check yourself. All the best,

    Ludwig
