Hello Team,

I have a CRM instance which is having customer service/hub, sales service/hub, field service/Hub, project service/Hub,Solution Health hub, resource scheduling ....etc.

At beginning of project i didn't realized and started to use customer service implementation after sometime now i want to make my solution little clean by exporting solution from current to new one. Now I am getting dependencies issue while exporting and importing solution into a new instance.

I have tried to modify solution.xml and customizations.xml but no luck

Anyone can suggest me what i should have to follow in this scenario.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Tin,

not sure if I understood 100% but when trying to import there will be a list of dependencies. When you have that, go to the source organization and remove those manually from the solution.

Yes but in new instance i don't want to go with other Apps like - sales service/hub, field service/Hub, project service/Hub,Solution Health hub, resource scheduling only i have installed Customer service . I tried to removed in source solution but few things like forms, view ..etc. will have fields which is associated with other apps which i don't want to import in new one. Do we have any tool or any other approch which can help me here ?

So you need to remove those fields from your solution.

The only way I see this is when you copy the solution to new environment and any dependencies issues come up, you can go to the source organisation and remove those dependencies manually.

    That would help.

I don't know any other way of doing it.
