Filter Owner field in view

Hi! I want to filter in Dynamics 365 Customer Service the Owner field located in All Cases view, it's the default Owner field, no customizations applied. I know it uses the All users view as data source for filtering, but that is managed, so it doesn't accept customizations.

I tried inactivating the All users view and created another custom one to set as default, but is still giving me the same user list as before.
I need some help please.

Hello CP-30090817-0! If I understand right you wish to filter the values from the owner field that are present in the Filter By option in a view. I encountered the same problem. Unfortunately filtering the User Lookup view works only for the fields inside a form, not for that specific column from the view. Please do tell if you find any solution!

Then what is the issue that you are facing? Does users are not visible in the filter ?

Hi Amit! My issue is with the "Filter By" function that opens from Owner field, not the filtering for All Cases view. I need to edit what users are shown in that Filter By option in the screenshot.

Can you try to add a filter condition on the view as Owner = current user. Then It will only show records own by current user or logged in user.

Hi Muhammad, unfortunately I already tried the User Lookup View , but that is used by the Owner field inside a form, not the one on a view, which is my issue atm. That's why I was asking how to edit the All users view, seems like that one is being used in the view. I am Sys Admin in Dynamics.
The ideal filtering would be to leave in the list just the users that own Cases, but first I just want to see that I can apply any sort of filtering.

Are you admin ? And if yes then what filters do you want for a view.
