I would suggest you talk to the third party system vendor, ask them to provide the web service. And only provide them the value of field changed and the unqiue field.
Why?
- reduce the size and minimize the performance impact.
- same result in different systems to avoid confusion.
Example :
if account registration number is changed, a plugin will be triggered and call the third party system web services, and pass them the account registration number value and one unique field as an idendifier. Nothing more, nothing less.
They requested to be kept at FTP if possible, so that they will pick up the file on demand when ever some changes occurs in CRM, they want to update there data as well.

What if you create a ssrs report, and schedule the report to be generated as excel and send to them via email, are they able to pickup the document?
They are requesting to provide a table view which they can read from.

the other system you mentioned will read through the csv file? how do you plan to provide this file to other system?

You cant, this is by system design, and not recommended to add all columns in single report, as it might affects the system performance, please discuss with your client again.
There is no way to add multiple column in single go.
you have to add it one by one.
