Not able to set Product Association in UCI

Hi All,

I'm not able to select the option of Enable for Unified Client in Customize the System for Product Association.

In one of our environments this option is checked by default but in another is not and it is grayed out.

Both instances are the same version (9.1.0.23470)

In Org 1 is grayed out

In org 2 is selected

This entity has not been changed y anyone, so I'm the only person basically that is managing the CRM.

Do i miss something? Settings or anything?

    The issues was resolved by raising a ticket with MS support, where they run a script on the back end to enable the entity for Unfed Interface. Once the script is confimred to be executed successfully, i had to perform some change on the entity (anything) and then to publish the entity again. Which enable it for UCI and everything was working as expected. The whole process shouldn't take more than 24hours.

    That's odd, because I have a number of entities on my test environments that don't have that "Enable for Unified Client" checkbox enabled and yet render correctly in my Unified Interface apps.
    It might be worth opening a Support Request to help you get to the bottom of it: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Hi Henry,

    glad to hear from you, trust you are well.

    Actually not in the site map, but in a tab inside the Product form, it is not showing anything for the respective organization.

    Just checking: is that blocking the entity to appear in your Unified Interface app sitemap / form?
