Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to setup a legal entity with more than one bank account. We are using a couple of accounts depend on currency. The problem start when we will invoice a customer. On the invoice you can only see one of our account which was setup from the beginning but it can be wrong because if we are invoicing in diff currency than locally we have to provide another account.

Thank you in advance

Br

Kacper

Not sure what is your reference here, but you can definitely have more than one bank account for whatever currency you want. Below link should help.

    Hi,

I am aware about that I can create more than one bank account but when I create an invoice, only one bank account ( which has been provided when I setup legal entity) is visible. I don't know how to change footer on the invoice (not permanently) to be able to using different accounts depend on invoice currency?

    Hi Kacper,

The legal entity form is having one field for the bank, but in the Cash and Bank management module you can setup the bank accounts. These Bank accounts can be used in a customization to print bank accounts per currency. If you have e.g. two bank accounts with the EUR currency, you need to have an indication which one will be used on the invoices.

In the Invoice data provider you can then change the current logic to fill the Bank account field with another value depending on the currency or probably some new settings you can create. Imagine you send an invoice in South African Rand and you don't have the bank, you need a setting which bank account will be used then.
