Case Resolve Remarks Validations

Hi,

I have a condition where I want 200 characters validation on Resolve case Remarks of Incident resolution on the case form when the user goes for case resolve. I have On-Premises CRM, so cannot add or change in Incident Resolution.

Please suggest for the same.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, this form is not customizable in the case of on-prem. The only way is to create a custom Html/JS and apply that validation to it.

    How about writting plugin on prevalidation stage of incident resolution entity to throw an error when length >200
