Start Business Process flow with a condition

Hi all!

I need to build a Business Process Flow for Lead entity.

We need 3 stages for this BPF, but if one of the fields on the Lead record has certain value, we should start from the second stage. I found out, that starting from a condition is not possible.

Should I create two different BPFs and to launch one or another somehow? Or there's another workaround?

Does anybody have a similar experience?

Hi Katerina,

A solution for this scenario could be to have a workflow at the entry stage for Stage 1 to check the condition: fields contain data and to update the record automatically using a workflow (move to the next stage).

I was looking into performing this in a vanilla environment and would look something like that:

i guess you are looking for Auto Stage Movement (where the BPF stage is moved to next once all the required field are filled). If that is your case you can
