Adding Reference line to Chart

I have the following chart that Contains the information from three rollup fields and a single "goal" field on a record in dynamics. I have updated the XML to get it to this point but I would like the red dot at 12 to go across the entire chart as a reference line. Is there any way to accomplish this through the xml?

Thanks, that what I thought. I have been reviewing powerBI but have had issues with getting the values of reference fields and global list to come over as usable data. Guess I'll add it to the wish list for when I either find time to figure it out or get money to pay a 3rd party to do it :)

Sadly not within a Dynamics 365 chart. You need to look towards PowerBI for such functionality...
