Quick Campaign - Recipient excluded due to anti-spam settings or the recipient's communication preferences. Bulk Email and Subscribe are set to Allow and yes?

I have a Quick Campaign with over 800 members on Marketing List. We are getting 25% Excluded Members/Failures due to "Recipient excluded due to anti-spam settings or the recipient's communication preferences." However, when I check their details the members are set to Allow for Bulk Email, Yes for Subscribe, and Send for Marketing Materials in Contact Preferences.  What could be the reason they are excluded? Also what field specifically does the quick Campaign point to for excluding due to contact preferences.

    1.So the 2 fields used for excluding members from email campaigns due to their preferences are Marketing Materials and Bulk Mail? [Satish] - Yes, if contact preferences (email, bulk email) and Marketing materials are set to not allowed or do not send, emails won't be sent. More details can be found here - docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-customer-information

    2.  What is the field subscribe used for in Dynamics?

    3. Is that error code: "Recipient excluded due to anti-spam settings or the recipient's communication preferences." used when the recipient is blocking the email due to our domain or email being marked as spam. Or is it only used when the settings are incorrect in Dynamics.

    [Satish] - Error will be thrown in both scenarios as CRM will check both settings before sending out emails and as you have already confirmed that communication preferences are set correctly, you may want to check the anti-spam settings.

    Yes Marketing Material is set to Send (all contacts preferences are allow and send and Subscribe is set to Yes). So the 2 fields used for excluding members from email campaigns due to their preferences are Marketing Materials and Bulk Mail? What is the field subscribe used for in Dynamics?

    The question I have: Is that error code: "Recipient excluded due to anti-spam settings or the recipient's communication preferences." used when the recipient is blocking the email due to our domain or email being marked as spam. Or is it only used when the settings are incorrect in Dynamics.

    Can you explain the reasons why this error code is generated?

    Can you please check and confirm that for contacts  - " Marketing Materials" is set to Send ?
