Unable to "TEST SEND" via Email Template "Preview and test" functionality.

Hi,
 
I've created a number of Email templates, of which I want to send proof copies to stakeholders.   But in the /Preview and test/ tab of the Email templates section for a template, there is no /Test Send/ option.  Whey isn't there an option to do a test send?
 
Is the only option, to create a 'placeholder' Marketing email, use the template and then Preview and test => Test send that?   I hope that's not the case.

    Hi,

    I tested it in the real-time module and the "Test send" option is available and works.


    My environment region is United States and my version number is as follows：


    Could you tell me if you are using the outbound module or the real-time module? Additionally, could you share the region associated with your environment and your version number? If it's not too much trouble, a screenshot of the interface might also be helpful.

     Hi Cui,
     
    We are on version Current version1.1.40197.68 of Outbound Market module.  Region is Oceanic (Australia).  Below is a screenshot of the Preview and test tab for an email template.  Would my inability to "Test Send" be a permissions issue?  I'm able to send from generated Marketing emails, without issue.
