No view record for knowledgebase view count is being added to Knowledgebase view if the article is viewed from the portal

If knowledge article is viewed from dynamics app, the view count is updated properly but it's not happening for views from portal,

I have already assign permission to the entity in portal but no luck.

As per the doc, it should add a new record with web view as a source
