Electronic reporting - Power BI SharePoint Site - not working in batch job

Hello everyone,

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, when I run an electronic report and set the destination to Power BI → SharePoint, it successfully stores the file in the SharePoint site I specified. However, when I run the same report using a batch schedule, it does not work.

Please give us more details than just that "it doesn't work". For example, does the batch complete successfully or does it log an error?

My apology.

I found that we need to enable the Upgrade SharePoint user authentication in order for it to work.
