My customer is on MR Legacy, they changed the sa password then not only could nobody log in, the configuration console would crash. We changed the sa password back to what it was and MR launched and we could get in the configuration CONSOLE - I know where to change the sa password if they were using the Datamart but they are on Legacy and I am baffled why it won't launch after changing sa. we do not even get to the company login screeen, just says it cannot make the connection then I hit Yes and it shows me the server
