Can not return order when i cancel Packing slip

Hi Parichat Rattanadecha,
Could you please share the screenshots of the return order line and inventory transactions for that line? In addition to that I would like to ask you to provide the exact steps which you followed. Have you really cancelled the Packing slip, because I see that Cancel button is still available (if I got it right from your screen)? Check the inventory transaction for the cancelled return order line, it should be 2 transactions: Purchased and Sold. Is it your case?

I can resolved this case i saw error due to sale order made to Interface when i checked Invent transaction as example as below.
Item number Type Site Warehouse Location Batch number Serial number Quantity Receipt status Issue status Physical cost amount
