    Hi,

Use customer Data Service analytics from the Power Platform Admin center to quickly view adoption ad user metrics for your organization

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/analytics-common-data-service

    Thanks,

    Anand

    Hi,

With App Insights, the fully loaded client pages can only be monitored but not the actual Dynamics 365 & its backend components. It will give the stats but doesn't fulfil the entire monitoring.

In Dynamics 365(cloud), we may monitor the service endpoints with OData queries to achieve the basic level of monitoring.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Microsoft provide the following to monitor Dynamics 365 / CRM performance.

    1. Organization Insights solution - Install the solution to get the details about your specific instance.

Here is a link on How to and about - Org Insights

    docs.microsoft.com/.../use-organization-insights-solution-view-instance-metrics

    2. Application Insights - You can use Azure Application Insights to get, track and monitor application performance / usage and availability data

Here is a link to Application Insights

    azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/.../Microsoft.AppInsights

Here is how to use it with Dynamics CRM / 365

    docs.microsoft.com/.../app-insights-sample-mscrm

    Hope this helps.
