Hi All,

We are getting the below error while performing the Closing and Adjustment from Inventory Management.

Company-> Inventory Management->Periodic -> Closing and Adjustment

Error :

Do we need to do anything from SQL side or any action form AX application, please advise us.

Hi Akbar,

Can you tell if the closing and adjustment job was running via a batch framework or started on a client session? At what time did it run? Can you check if at the same time some SQL server maintenance jobs were running? I have seen similar issues when a maintenance job did reorganize table indexes.

Anyway, the closing and adjustment job is put on pause. You can go to the periodic form for closing and adjustment and resume the calculation.

Thank you Andre for the inputs,

we were getting the error when we click on the below menu item, we have not started any batch job for this.

we are not sure about the maintenance job were running on SQL side, we will connect with SQL team to check this.

We have resumed the calculations from periodic form for closing and adjustment , we will try again once the batch job is completed for "Resume calculations".
