On-hand Inventory Screen quantity which shows Still picked

HI Every one , 
 
For Some items in On-hand Inventory Screen there are some quantity which shows Still picked . Inventory transaction screen shows screenshot is shown below . 
can someone help on to figure out why its still in the picked screen and how to clear it .

    1. Picked / Registered are not normally visible on the On-hand inquiry. I would hide them again if I were you. Is there some problem with the item that you are trying to investigate?
     
    2. If you want to see Picked quantities on the transaction inquiry, you would be better to remove the filters on Reference and Number and filter instead on Item number and Issue status = Picked.

    the issue is the transactions are closed couple of years ago and in inventory aging report these get added up .
