How to send custom message in ominichat from agent automatically.

Hi Team,

I want to send custom, dynamic message inside the live ongoing chat .

already created ominichanel using that agent and user are able to communicate.

my required is :

I have one ribbon button on the communication panel on click of ribbon button i am calling an api and result of api wanna send automatically to user.

Kindly guide me.
