Sales and Field Service integration: assets and first installation

Hi! I would like to have a clarification about sales and service process integration in a scenario with both Field Service and Sales implemeted.
 
Here some key points:
1- One sales opportunity with ordertype=Item generates one Field Service work order.
2- One sales opportunity/quote/order with ordertype=Service-maintenance with a service on opportunity lines generates an agreement.
And then...
3- How automatically create a Field Service asset from a Sales order completion?
4- How sell in the same Sales order both a product and his first installation and automatically create a Field Service asset and work order?
Are there any other out of the box links between these two processes and business applications?

    1.using 'Convert to Work Order' button to generate work order on the opportunity:

    There is a standard field in the Product table 'Convert to Customer Asset' which appears to have no out of the box functionality.
     
    You could add automation when a Sales Order is fulfilled to create the Asset and Work Order using a Flow.
     
    You may wish to add a field to Order lines for the Convert to Customer Asset as well.

    You have to set products up so they can be used in Field Service (Field Service Type field and Convert to customer asset field) The out of the box functionality of automatically creating a customer asset works as follows: If the 'Convert to Customer asset' field is set to 'Yes' then an asset is automatically created when the work order product is set to 'used', which makes sense. This doesn't happen when the order is created, as the product might be ordered, but its not yet installed at the customer site.
