Hi,
Is it possible to show Contact or Lead forms as an Iframe on external application. Following is my requirement.
When a call comes to our IVR we need to show the calling customer's contact form or Lead for inside IVR application as an Iframe.
We know how to build the record URL using the Guid, but How can we handle the authentication, what is the best and safe approach for the requirement.
Kindly Advice.
