Cannot sign in after completing all thinkable steps

Hello

I am still unable to sign in on PC app after completing all the following steps:

- Purchased license (not trial)

- Assigned license to user in Admin Center

- Created and set up environment in Powerplatform

- Installed resources to environment in Powerplatform

- Assigned users in setting of environment in Powerplatform

- Assigned roles to users in setting of environment in Powerplatform

- Checked Firewall, all allow

- Tried reinstalling PC app

After completing all the above steps, I am still unable to sign in on PC app and get started..

After inputing account and password, it shows "Loading available instances", then it fails and shows "You need to sign up for Guides".

I have ran out of ideas on how to get myself started, please advise.

    Hi howardtian,

    If you want to open ticket for Microsoft support, you need  ask an engineer for help instead Virtual.

    Move to Details tab to populate information, not open virtual agent.

    Hi Leah,

    Thank you for your reply.

    However, if you have read my first post, you should notice that I have already went through the documentation and did all the steps and still cannot sign in..

    I have also tried the Help&Support in the Powerplatform, but the Virtual also gets me nowhere..
