Can I back up all the data in the environment DB of the guide, such as ONEDRIVE or SHAREPOINT, and then use it again in the environment DB of another domain?

You can backup and restore to a different environment through the admin center:

Back up and restore environments - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

I'm not aware of a way to save to OneDrive, etc., though.

Then, is there a way to save it locally, create an environment in a new domain, restore it, and use it?
