Hi Team,

We use D365 Field Service & RSO to schedule our work orders.
We use Microsoft Outlook to send Calendar invites to customers for when there Installation will occur.
Does anyone know if from D365 Field Service or RSO you can create calendar invites or something similar and send to designated email addresses or DL's?

Regards
Pete

It won't be an out-of-the-box configuration, but you can easily configure a workflow or power automate to send it.

An option is to create a workflow to trigger the booking creation or the booking status change if there is a soft booking process, so you can create an appointment activity.

A Power Automate would be an option too, here is an example.
