    Hi,

Based on the error, I'm making an assumption that you are using a cloud hosted build environment.

The build process creates a backup of Vanilla D365 on the build environment to ensure that each build is running on a "clean" version of D365, plus your source controlled model(s).

This backup is only created if it doesn't already exist.

Delete the backups from the J drive.

Ensure that the K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory doesnt contain any custom models or ISVs. If it does, delete them.

The next build will take longer than usual, because the backup of Vanilla D365 will kick in and create a new backup on J because it doesn't already exist. This is expected.

    See how you get on.

Thank you Anthony for your prompt response.

I have checked build server, I can see custom model under "K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory".

I have validated other lower environment build server there also I can see custom model under "K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory" but there build pass without any issue.

As per your suggestion I will delete custom model from build server "K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory" location and will delete backup file from "J:\DynamicsBackup\Package".

I can see custom model under "J:\DynamicsBackup\Package", do I need take care anything there as well.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Yes - delete all D365FO from J:\DynamicsBackup. What we are looking to achieve is for the first run of the pipeline after the backup deletion to recreate you backups as Vanilla D365  from your K:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory.

It worth noting, you should also take these steps after applying service updates to build environments, to ensure you are building and synchronising against the correct version of the product.

    Anthony
