Greetings

I would like to login with my work account in the CRM but I can't because apparently I am not in the security group but we don't know what that means.
Can you help us?

Hi Partner,

In Dynamics, we control user access to environments: security groups and licenses

Security group is used to control which licensed users can be members of a particular environment.

As the following documentation said:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/control-user-access

If you don't specify a security group, all users who have a Dataverse license (customer engagement apps such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service) or per app plan will be added to the new environment.

If a security group is associated with an environment, only users with Dataverse licenses or per app plan that are members of the environment security group will be created as users in the environment.

Make administrator check the following points：

1)Check if you are assigned a license?

2)Check if there is an associated security group in the current environment?

--If there is an associated group, you should be added to the group as a user::
