Creating Lead Scoring Model

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hey there,

I've tried creating/designing a lead scoring model, the 'Entity' drop down is not working. I know I'm supposed to see a list of entities as per the attached image but currently I'm just getting an error message saying 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' Is anyone having the same issue?

Thanks!

    Creating Lead Scoring Model
Its an old post, but info might be useful to someone.

There are features to be Enabled first.
On Customer Insights - Journey, go to Settings, then Feature Switches, turn on Lead Scoring on the bottom, save.
Give it a moment, and on a Real Time Journey sitemap, Lead Management section should appear,  go to Scoring Models and create a new one.

    RE: Creating Lead Scoring Model

    Hello,

this should not happen. I am assuming you have set up D365 MKT fully using the FRE as explained here . Correct ?

Are you getting similar errors in other areas of Marketing like when creating Segments or Going Live with an email ? Or Lead scoring is the only place where such an error is happening.

To find the issue, we would need access to your system. Can you please  open a support ticket with details about your instance so we can analyse the issue.

    thanks,

    Ghufran

    RE: Creating Lead Scoring Model

    Hi TE15,

Can you please send me the URL of your Marketing instance to megdynmktcomm@outlook.com with the subject line, "FORUM: LEAD SCORE - NO ENTITIES"?  I'd like to check a couple things and see if we can get this resolved for you.

    Thanks,

    Megan

    Hi TE15

I would suggest you log a support ticket as the issue may need some in depth investigation.
