In fact, we are already live on Cloud

But we are studying the feasibility of moving to On Prem. deployment.

First I wanted to know if possible or not. then I will dig deep into details, costs and risks.

Hi Suha,

As far as i know Yes it is possible somehow. Contact your Microsoft account manager and raise a ticket on LCS. I believe MS support team will take your On Cloud DB backup and give you an access URL to copy the backup that you can use for On Prem environment.

Obviously there will be some financial requirements/terms to change your license type from On Cloud to On Prem which will be taken care by your account manager.

Based on the licensing Guide it's possible because Dynamics 365 includes Dual User Rights. But there are some of the features not available in On-premises Deployments, you may need to evaluate & Confirm the impact properly before moving from Cloud to On-Prem.
