Async and SandBox services errors

hi,

we have an on-premise Dynamics CRM v9

for the last few days we have a lot of errors in the event viewer about the ASYNC and SandBox services.

the Sandbox giving this error a lot:

The Sandbox Host service failed to terminate a Sandbox Worker process.
Source: Microsoft.Crm.Sandbox.HostService.exe (7024)

and the ASYNC is just stop working and we cannot restart it unless we restart the server. 

i found that he as a problem with connection to the dc. for example i'm getting error when trying to gpupdate

this is the error on the CRM system log:

"A request to allocate an ephemeral port number from the global TCP port space has failed due to all such ports being in use"

the CRM server is 2016 and the dc is 2012 r2. from what i found it as something to do with tcp/ip and i tried installing this hotfix by microsoft:

    Hello Webox,

    Hope you are well.

    Apparently Async and Sandbox services are being impacted per this above issue (Ephemeral Ports).

    My suggestion would say to raise a ticket with Microsoft support team, asking help for Windows Platform team.
