My 1 year old Guide does not appear in the list

Hello,

I created a guide within MS Guides almost 1 year back and when I logged in recently after updating my app in windows and HoloLens, I cannot find that old guide as an author or as an operator. Has it expired or am I missing something? Please suggest a way to fix this.

Hi Anupam

A few things to check:

Can you please check if the guide is visible in the PowerApps platform.

You can get there via powerapps.com and select Guides from the Apps menu.

Are you able to create and view a new guide successfully?

What type of environment are you using (default, trial, production)?

What type of license are you using? Trial or paid?

Please make sure you are logging to and selecting the correct dataverse environment.

Hi Ryan,

1)Inside Powerapps- Guides- I can see- 'no data available'

2)Yes, I am able to author/operate new guides

3)Trial environment I am using

4)Trial license I am using

5)I am able to open only 1 out of 2 env that I created; permission issue.
