Invoice Journal Lines not created in Royalty Transactions

Hi Everyone,
 
I am executing royalty transactions.  
 
While executing royalty transactions, accrual journal is created.
 
When i process royalty journal, invoice journal is created but no lines are created.
 
I expected that the royalty accural has to be reversed and credited to vendor account but it is not happening.
 
Am i  missing any setup

    If the invoice journal header is created but no lines are created, I would first check the Broker and royalty setup in Accounts payable parameters.

    The Procurement category is important because D365FO uses it to create the vendor invoice line for the royalty. Also make sure this procurement category has the required posting setup, so the system can determine the royalty fee expense account.
