How to determine source entity/field in existing Word Template?

I have a Word Template that was created by someone else. It has more than 30 entities/relationships. However, some of the fields with the same name exist in multiple entities. How can I determine which entity a specific field in the Word Template coming from? Thank you.

Hi,

I don;t think there is any easy way to find this. You could generate the template with different value for the commen field and then work out the field based on the values populated in the template.
