I'm looking for a way to query all the lists with the list members in the CRM.
So far, I have seen examples of how to query members for a specific list id.
My outcome should be: List Name and a list of contacts (the list members)

Yeah, it's a little different for dynamic lists.
Please try the fetchXml below:
there is a field called query, there's a field called query. It stores the filter used to dynamically build your member list.
So Basically, you will retrieve all your dynamic lists. and then fetch your contact using the stored fetchXml.
