We found the deactivated user's agenda could be displayed in Service Calendar all resource list which should be removed. Is there any suggestion to remove these deactivated agenda from Service Calendar. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Currently you could not customize All resource view which is defined as uncustomizable in D365. As deactivated user is also listed in User Type list, all resources list would include these info.
This is V9 Service Calendar by design. Hope the info would help.

Thanks for sharing. We could filter the enabled users agenda from User Type view while is there's anything we could do to remove this agenda from All Resource View?

This is by design that deactivated user's agenda is displayed in Service Calendar from V8 to V9.
Since the User Type category is populated with information about Disabled users (as shown below), the schedule of disabled users appears in All Resource. Therefore, we preferred to use the User category to filter the enabled and disabled User schedule views in V9 Online environment.
