Address Fields on Mobile Client in Dynamics v9 Online

When using the mobile client with a Dynamics v8 on-prem environment, the address1 (compiled) fields would turn blue, and if you clicked it, then your phone's mapping program would launch, similar to clicking a phone number and being able to initiate a phone call. Using the same mobile client (fully up-to-date), if you connect to a Dynamics v9 Online environment, the same address1 (compiled) field automatically shows each individual field that compiles it and is no longer selectable, however the phone number fields still behave the same. Is there a way to regain this functionality?

    Hi partner,

I've tried in my phone(android) and also only the phone field could make a call directly. Clicking on address1 could only edit the field.

It looks is by design, if you want to have this function, you could raise an idea to Microsoft Product Team.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,
