NPS Question - How can you customize the content of the option description designer

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue with the creation of a NPS question in one of my surveys.

In the "option description designer" (i.e. "not at all likely", etc.), we would like to include a smiley/image.

We can copy/paste the "official" emojis just fine, but can't find a way to include a custom image. Is there a way to do this? Like an HTML editor for the questions or these fields?

- Customer Voice include smiley as an option for rating question type but we currently do not support customizing with your own smiley image. Can you please submit ask to https://aka.ms/CustomerVoiceIdeas
