Is the search preview when creating a rule, accurate?

Hello,

I am setting a keyword search rule. When hitting apply to see if I am meeting the quota check, I see different posts that do not seem to match the rules I have just configured. More specifically I see a lot of twitter posts that seem to be triggered because of a hashtag keyword but the do not contain any of the inclusions keywords.

Could it be that the hashtag keywords work differently for all other keywords?

I cannot find any evidence of hashtags working differently on the documentation.

Unless the preview of my search rule is not so accurate, as I would expect.

Anyone facing similar issue?

You can find information about known issues here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/social-engagement/readme

Thank you for clarifying this Claus. Is there a "known issues" page like there is for Windows/Office versions? If not, creating one would be really helpful.

I don't really mind the preview showing wrong results but if the quota is mistakenly counting those hashtags I cannot set up my search.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, you have stumbled across a minor inconvenience in our product where the preview and quota checking functionality for keyword searches are not behaving completely correct for hashtags. This is limited to the setup of keyword searches where as the actual acquisition of posts are behaving as expected.

We will be looking into fixing this problem but can as of now not promise when we will have a fix ready.
