How to get lookup field value(Text) in MS Flow?

I'd like to create a Flow which pulls out Opportunities which are created in a week and sends an email containing an HTML table, listing these Opportunities. This works well, but I'd like to include the Owner name and at present if you pull in a lookup field you only get the GUID.

Because you only have the user's GUID you have to add an extra action in which you look in the entity 'Users' and search for GUID in it.

Item id is your Owners-GUID
