Hi all!

Can you please help me with the next situation.

When I open "Employee service/Company directory" I can see only employee contact information. What is the best way to add data like birthday, start date of work, employee photo and work calendar?

PS.: I tried to use powerapps, but I did not find out how to filter data from the entity with the current person.

HI Elizabeth,

those information are sensitive, private information. the Company directory is offering a view of public details of an employee. If you really want to make this available is through PowerApps, but you need to create a Canvas App, embedded in the Employee Self Service and bring all the data from CDS.

the required knowledge is: PowerApps - Canvas app, CDS and CoreHR customization.
