Cannot open Procurement categories menu item

When I (System admin) open the page of 'Procurement categories' in Procurement and sourcing module, there is an error message.

Does anyone come across this error message?

Is this is fresh legal entity?

Has any other user tried accessing the same page?

Are there any customization on the environment?

What version of the application are you on?

Hi STP,

When you close this error, do you have additional error details in the message center? If you have custom data entities, then check if the public collection properties have unique values.

Hi,
"Cannot open menu item" simply means that an error is thrown when trying to open the form. Did you personalize this page or did you do something to cause this error? Maybe you should answer some of the questions people have asked first to help you troubleshoot. Hi @STP,

Did you do customization on the form that is connected to the menu item? Can you try another menu item and tell us if it is working or not?

It showed an error message in message center.

After setting it, the menu item can be opened!
