Hi,

In system view i am displaying the Active stage which i am getting from the BPF name and adding that in the field. But while displaying in the system view the column value is not getting updated with the save field value. It displays the old stage value even after the field getting updated. I have to save twice sometimes to get the changed value updated in the column view.

Please help me with this..

May be you are populating the stage value "on save". That's why you need to save again.

If you are doing this via javascript, you can save via script after populating value.

With this you need not save twice and value gets updated and saved automatically.

Hi Diwakar,

For a couple of versions now, Business Process Flow records have been decoupled from the primary entity given that you could now have more than one BPF associated with a record. The information about active stage of a BPF on a record is now available on the custom entity that is created for every BPF that you design.

Have a look there and see if it helps!
