When doing a quantity adjustment on our mobile device there seems to be an association between certain numbers and our products. I am not able to determine where this would be set up as it isn't something we put in place.

Any ideas where this could be set up?

Hey Laurens,

In the screenshot above, when we enter the number 7 into the scan item field on the mobile device app, the next screen automatically changes to the part number PEBVSS-1015 for the confirm item step. I do not know what is causing the mobile device to change the number 7 to that part number. It's happening on other numbers as well.

Hello, there is the ability to override what displays in the mobile device for certain products. Can you check the Warehouse Management fasttab of the Released products and see if there is anything in these fields that is matching what you see in the mobile device:

Or alternatively, do you have GTIN codes defined that could be causing overlap with your displays/barcodes:

We do have customizations on the warehouse app processes however we're seeing it on standard menu items as well.
